ORDERING: Orders
may be placed by phone at (207) 324-6752 or by email.
Please order by item name and be sure to specify quantity and color choice,
if applicable. Your order will be sent the same day payment is received.
Be sure to include your e-mail address or phone number in case we need
to contact you.
OFFICE HOURS:
We are
usually open for phone orders at (207) 324-6752 every day from 8am - 5pm
eastern time, plus you can contact us 24/7 by email.
If you call and get the answering machine, it's fine to leave your
order and credit card info on the tape...no one hears it except the two
of us. Or, if you'd rather have us return your call, just leave your name
and number and we'll call you back ASAP.
PAYMENT INFO:
PayPal - please email or call with your order and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the total including postage.
MC/Visa - please e-mail or call with your credit card number, expiration date and 3-digit security code from the back of the card. Some of our customers like to e-mail the card information and since we don't have secure e-mail we suggest sending the it broken up between two e-mails. We keep all credit card and shipping info on file for future orders.
Personal check/money order - Please
email or call with your order and
we'll let you know the total including postage. Please make checks/money
orders payable to "Marty Bunis" and send to Catnip Yarns, P.O.
Box 1125, Kennebunk, ME 04043. Personal checks must clear before shipment.
SHIPPING INFO:
U.S. orders: All U.S. orders are sent by priority mail and the postage rate depends on the weight of your order. There are no extra handling or packing charges...we charge you only what the post office charges us to send the package.
International orders (including Canada):
International orders are sent by US Postal Service Air Parcel Post
insured. Your order will be packed in a cardboard box and insured for the
full value. You pay the actual shipping charges plus any customs charges
that may be added when the order arrives in your country.
